Physical products
- Faulty or not as described: tell us and we will repair, replace or refund. South African consumer law gives you rights if goods are defective.
- Changed your mind: when you buy online you may be able to cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging, and you may have to pay the cost of returning them. [Confirm and adjust.]
- Made-to-order or personalised items are generally excluded from the change-of-mind right.
Digital products
Because a download cannot be returned, we generally cannot refund a digital product once it has been downloaded. If a file is faulty, will not open or is not what we described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. [Confirm and adjust.]
